PsychHack provides digital educational products for A Level Psychology students, including downloadable resources, revision materials, and future digital learning content such as courses, subscriptions, and media-based learning products.
Due to the digital nature of our products, access is typically granted immediately after purchase. This means products are considered “delivered” once access or download is provided.
2. Products Covered
This policy applies to all PsychHack digital products, including:
- Digital downloads (£29 initial product offering)
- Revision and study resources
- Future subscriptions (if introduced)
- Future courses, videos, and educational media content
- Any other digital educational materials sold via PsychHack
3. Delivery and Access
All digital products are delivered electronically.
- Standard access is granted immediately after successful payment
- In some cases (e.g. manual enrolment), access may be provided within 24 hours
- Delivery is considered complete once access instructions or download links are issued to the customer

4. Refund Eligibility
We aim to be fair and transparent in all refund decisions.
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Duplicate or accidental payment
- Technical error preventing access to purchased content
- Product not delivered due to a verified system or fulfilment issue
- Incorrect product supplied due to an internal error
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds will not normally be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after access has been granted
- Product has already been downloaded, accessed, or consumed
- Dissatisfaction with learning outcomes or academic performance
- Failure to use the product after purchase
- Requests made outside reasonable reporting timeframes where content has been successfully delivered

PsychHack is an evolving educational platform. Future offerings may include:
- Subscription-based learning content
- Video lessons and structured courses
- Podcasts and supplementary learning materials
- Higher-value digital education packages (up to approximately £500)
Refund eligibility for future products will follow the same principles outlined in this policy unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.
7. Technical Issues
If a customer experiences technical difficulties, we encourage them to contact us immediately.
We will:
- Verify the issue
- Restore access where possible
- Provide alternative access if required
- Issue a refund where the issue cannot be resolved
